01 — What we quote and build
Every service starts with the same discipline: surface material, framing condition, stairs, railings, permits and cleanup are named before the final number is approved.

Low-maintenance composite decks for New Jersey and Staten Island homes. We plan boards, hidden fasteners, stairs, railings and drainage together, so the finished deck looks clean and feels solid from day one.

Materials and packages
Most deck quotes go wrong because material, railing and structure are not chosen together. We price the deck as a package: surface, frame condition, stairs, railings, permits and cleanup.
02 — Contractor standard
The service vibe is simple: answer the phone, diagnose the deck, write the scope, protect the yard and leave a clean finish. Cute mascot, serious jobsite standard.
You get a reply, booking direction and the right next step: repair, rebuild, railing or onsite field check.
Raised decks, stairs, railings and structural work are discussed before the schedule is promised.
Trash staged, screws picked up, walkways clear and progress documented before the crew leaves.
Surface, frame, stairs, railings, permits and cleanup are separated so the price is not a black box.
03 — Recent builds

07 — Straight answers
Almost always yes — both NJ townships and NYC DOB require permits for new decks and structural repairs. We prepare drawings and pull the permit for you; it is included in every quote.
Honest ranges: pressure-treated wood from about $40–55 per sq ft, composite (Trex / TimberTech) from about $60–85 per sq ft installed, depending on height, railings and site access. You get an exact fixed quote before we order a single board.
Composite costs more upfront but skips staining forever; we install both Trex and TimberTech. Wood is cheaper and still right for some budgets and looks. We show you samples at the estimate and price both ways.
Most decks: 1–3 weeks on site after permits. Repairs: often 2–5 days. You get a written schedule with the quote, and we actually keep it.
Yes — workmanship warranty on every build plus the manufacturer warranty on materials (up to 50 years on composite boards). Details in writing with your contract.
Yes. Frost-depth footings are standard for NJ; cold-weather builds are often faster to schedule and your deck is ready for the first warm weekend.
